Room rates
Our rates change throughout the year. To check rates and availability, click the Book Now button at the top of the page. Note that you will see availability and rates before you have to confirm a booking. Rates are based on the room, the day of week, and the season. Rates include a full homemade breakfast, Evening refreshments and daily maid service (upon request). Room rates and amenities are subject to change without notice.
Check-in
Strictly begins at 3:30 pm Exceptions must be prearranged. We are sorry but we cannot accommodate early check-ins unless they have been prearranged. Guests arriving for early check-in without a prearranged confirmation will automatically be charged a service fee of $50 even if your room is not available.
We have moved to a self check in process. You will receive check-in instructions the day before arrival. We generally will have staff available between 3:30 – 6:00PM if you need assistance.
Check-out:11:30 am. Late check-out may be arranged if available for a fee.
Extra Person Charge:$50.00 per night, per person.
Children: We are happy to accommodate children over the age of 12. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted unless specifically pre-arranged with the property and your confirmation e-mail specifically indicates you may bring a person under the age of 12. Arriving with children which have not been pre-arranged will result in your reservation being cancelled and will be treated as a same day cancellation.
Deposit:To confirm a reservation, an advanced deposit is required. For stays less than 7 days the deposit is the first night plus applicable taxes. For 7 or more nights the deposit is 25% of the total charges. The full amount of all add-on items (for example: flowers, chocolates, massages, etc.) will be charged within 24 hours of the time of booking.
The balance of your stay is due at the time of check-in. Any reservation without a deposit is not guaranteed.
Payment: We accept Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or cash. No personal checks.
Cancellation and Changes: Reservations made during from June 15 and September 15 require at least 21 days notice to be canceled or changed without penalty. Reservations made during all other times require at least 7 days notices to be cancelled or changed without penalty. Additional items such as, but not limited to flowers, massages, dinners require at least 7 days notice to be cancelled without penalty.
All cancellations are subject to a $35 processing fee.
Cancellations or changes with less notice than required will forfeit all deposits (first night for stays less than 7 days, 25% for stays 7 or more nights, full cost of extra add-ons).
Same day cancellations, changes, or no-shows will be charged for the entire reservation.
There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy for any reason (including but not limited to weather, illness, states of emergency, or death). We do not insure reservations for emergencies or inclement weather. We encourage guests to get travel insurance for these cases.
Arriving with children under the age of 12 which have not been pre-arranged in writing will result in your reservation being cancelled and will be treated as a same day cancellation.
Smoking: As required by the NJ State Fire code, and for the comfort and safety of all our guests, smoking of any kind (including marijuana) is not permitted inside the inn. A fee of $250 will be assessed to any guest who smokes in their rooms or anywhere inside the Inn. A fine may be levied by the local fire official.
Pets: We are unable to accommodate any pets or emotional support animals. Per ADA regulations we are happy to welcome any valid ADA compliant service animal meeting ADA guidelines.
