My Experience in Souzai and Phillips Seafood

My first month in Atlantic City is going perfectly well . I want to share two experiences that I had in here , I have been invited to a Japanese restaurant Souzai Sushi & Sake and Phillips Seafood as part of Atlantic City Concierge Association .

Souzai restaurant is in top floor of the Pier , so you get to see an amazing view of the ocean , totally enjoyed this experience on the boardwalk . It was a first time for me eating Sushi , and i really liked it . The sushi rolls and drinks are really really good . The food is tasty and the service was great. I will definitely bring some friends for a dinner .

Phillips Seafood is also in top floor of the Pier . I liked the interior of the place very modern and nice views down the beach and boardwalk .  I had the beef steak and over mashed potatoes . Beef was cooked perfectly, and the dish as a whole was delicious. The service was amazing , employees are always enthusiastic and attentive, and they bring out your orders in a relatively timely manner as well , they also made me a lemonade juice ! I also had a chance to meet the Chef of Restaurant Mr.Juan , very kind person . Overall great experience with a beautiful view and atmosphere

Great options .

Atlantic City Art Center

Providing visitors an unparalleled opportunity to view the work of noted national and regional artists with the beautiful Atlantic Ocean as a backdrop. Open Mon-Sat, 10am-4pm.
The Art Center has recently updated its galleries by bringing in the work of AC native Shelley Wentz-Evans. After graduating from AC High School in NJ, Shelley received a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Art Education from the Philadelphia College of Art. Returning to her home town, Shelley began a 30 year career teaching art in the public school system.

Shelley’s work is a continually evolving process in which she uses her media to accomplish a personal vision. Never content to use materials in a traditional way, these paintings and sculptures reflect her need to explore and experiment in innovative manners. Her work integrates techniques borrowed from several art forms, thereby blurring the lines between painting and sculpture.

It is through her art that Shelley continues to grow and express her inner voice. Her latest pieces combine acrylic painting with heavy textural elements, graphics and photos, all integrated to provoke the viewer’s power of interpreting.
